Waizer does not sell personal data. To deliver the form to the corporate inbox, information is transmitted to FormSubmit, an independent technical form-forwarding provider, and Waizer's email provider. It may also be shared with authorities when legally required. The Google tag may receive limited cookieless technical signals while analytics storage is denied and, after consent, the data needed for full Google Analytics measurement. These global services may process data outside Brazil subject to applicable legal requirements.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, the business relationship, legal obligations or the establishment and defense of legal claims. Waizer adopts proportionate administrative and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure.

Under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018, data subjects may request confirmation and access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable; portability subject to regulation; information about sharing; withdrawal of consent; objection and review of automated decisions where relevant.
